Dr. Nakamura’s thoughts

We doctors mainly study western medicine in the medical school, but many say there are limits.
Doctors in practice also feel this.
Some doctors have had fundamental doubts about the medical treatment they practice, saying, “I wonder if the medicine I’m prescribing is really a medicine that work.”
But we only have the means of utilizing western medicine. Because that is the only education taught at medical school. But of course, there are advantages to western medicine. Western medicine was developed on the battlefield.
The concept of western medicine is, how to recover a wounded soldier as quickly as possible and have them return to the front-line again. That is why, for example in the surgical and emergency field, it is slightly ahead of oriental medicine.
But on the other hand, western medicine is helpless towards chronic disease such as high blood pressure, obesity, since the symptom can be relieved in the short-term, but in the long-term, the patient will suffer from side effects.
Is there any other option to help the patient?
With this question always on my mind, I searched through many literatures alongside by clinical practice. In midst of this, I realized how wonderful nutritional treatment was.
With this, I am confident to recommending it to my patients and have finally found this therapy.
My clinic uses vitamins, mineral supplements (such as Asaigermanium), and stress relieving herbs (adaptogen). In addition, I instructed the importance of meals.
Since the food we eat make up our body, the importance cannot be overemphasized.
You can try approaching by nutrition.
When eating wisely and the nutrition is sufficient throughout the body, our body will change.
When our body changes, the disease will disappear naturally.
When the diseases disappear, our life start to change.
There are patients who cannot confront with their life since their thoughts are full of fighting with the disease they have. These are the patients that I want to help.
I want to help those who fight their disease so they can once again stand in the front-line of their life.
